We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team, providing exceptional in-person technical support through our walk-up support desk. This role requires a professional with strong troubleshooting skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance at the walk-up desk.

Provide hands-on support for hardware, software, networking, and peripheral issues.

Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and applications.

Install, configure, and upgrade computer systems, applications, and hardware.

Assist with account management, password resets, and access requests.

Document issues, resolutions, and follow-up actions in the ticketing system.

Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.

Educate end-users on best practices and self-service tools.

Maintain a professional and approachable presence, ensuring a positive end-user experience.
Qualifications:

4+ years of experience in IT Help Desk, Desktop Support, or related end-user support roles.

Strong knowledge of Windows environments.

Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, or other common enterprise applications.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a high-demand environment.
