Location: Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid)
Salary: 60-70K
The IT Support Specialist provides hands-on and remote technical support to end users across desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and business applications. This role is responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and access issues while delivering timely, professional customer support.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on IT support or service desk experience
- Strong experience providing both onsite and remote user support
- Working knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, FreshService, Jira, or similar)
- Solid troubleshooting skills with a customer-service mindset
- Strong communication and documentation skills
