What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for data, reporting, analytics, and technology-focused initiatives
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to define project goals, requirements, timelines, and success metrics
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure projects stay aligned with priorities, scope, and deadlines
• Coordinate cross-functional teams while managing risks, dependencies, and issue resolution
• Develop and maintain project plans, status reporting, and stakeholder communications
• Leverage data and reporting tools to provide project visibility and support informed decision-making
• Drive continuous process improvements and help teams adopt best practices in project execution

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5-10 years of project management experience
• Proven success managing cross-functional projects involving data, reporting, analytics, and technology teams
• Strong experience with:
  • Power BI
  • Excel
  • Jira
  • Confluence
  • SQL
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining focus on business objectives
