What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end project delivery for data, reporting, analytics, and technology-focused initiatives
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders to define project goals, requirements, timelines, and success metrics
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure projects stay aligned with priorities, scope, and deadlines
- Coordinate cross-functional teams while managing risks, dependencies, and issue resolution
- Develop and maintain project plans, status reporting, and stakeholder communications
- Leverage data and reporting tools to provide project visibility and support informed decision-making
- Drive continuous process improvements and help teams adopt best practices in project execution
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5-10 years of project management experience
- Proven success managing cross-functional projects involving data, reporting, analytics, and technology teams
- Strong experience with:
- Power BI
- Excel
- Jira
- Confluence
- SQL
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining focus on business objectives
