Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in workforce planning, strategic HR analytics, or a related HR advisory role.
- Demonstrated experience leading strategic workforce planning, including:
- Proactive headcount planning
- Establishing planning frameworks and guardrails
- Facilitating strategic discussions with senior and site-level leaders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable business insights
- High level of attention to detail and data accuracy, with a strong understanding of data security and appropriate stakeholder communication
- Excellent communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leaders and leading collaborative planning sessions
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, ec)
- Experience with HRIS platforms
- Ability to operate effectively in a highly collaborative environment and proactively engage the right stakeholders
Desired Skills:
- Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred, particularly in multi-site environments and planning for hourly vs. salaried workforces
- Project coordination or HR project experience preferred.
