Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in workforce planning, strategic HR analytics, or a related HR advisory role.
  • Demonstrated experience leading strategic workforce planning, including:
    • Proactive headcount planning
    • Establishing planning frameworks and guardrails
    • Facilitating strategic discussions with senior and site-level leaders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable business insights
  • High level of attention to detail and data accuracy, with a strong understanding of data security and appropriate stakeholder communication
  • Excellent communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leaders and leading collaborative planning sessions
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, ec)
  • Experience with HRIS platforms
  • Ability to operate effectively in a highly collaborative environment and proactively engage the right stakeholders

Desired Skills:

  • Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred, particularly in multi-site environments and planning for hourly vs. salaried workforces
  • Project coordination or HR project experience preferred.
  • Workday experience
