Although family law experience is preferred, it is not required. Qualified candidates will have 2+ years of firm experience in a litigation group, with a preference for family law. The position requires significant client contact and the ability to excel when working independently. Superior client communication, writing, research, computer, and organizational skills are a must. Experience required in drafting initial pleadings, conducting depositions, preparing and responding to written discovery, and extensive motions practice.
