The "non-positive" mark regards an issue with my current job description matching the actual position requirements and activities; these were last minute and still developing issues internal to the company (not BHS) and far beyond control of BHS; in fact, both Brittany in Chicago and Kate in Philadelphia went out of their way to keep me updated to role modifications, and they both have been and continue to be extremely supportive. Both of them have truly gone above and beyond more times than I can count, and the relationship we have forged is fantastic. I myself was referred to Brittany from a former colleague, and I have and will continue to send people her way. Having worked with other staffing agencies in and beyond the legal sector, I can truly say that Beacon Hill, specifically Brittany and her team in the Chicago office, have and consistently continue to so exceed experiences and expectations it is difficult to even qualify and impossible to quantify. From open and thoughtful and responsive communication, targeted (vs. blanket) job opportunities, personal accessibility, and impressive problem solving, Brittany and the Chicago team have been the constant in keeping me employed as much as possible since I left my firm in 2018, finding amazing position-fits with competitive wages. No other talent/placement practitioner with whom I've partnered, in-house/in-corporation or via an agency setting, has or could hold a candle to the dedication and personalized experience I have been so lucky as to enjoy in working with Brittany. (And Kate in Philadelphia, too, even though that was specific to only one engagement). I tell anyone looking in any major city that Beacon Hill is the best agency with which to get associated; they then get an email-intro to Brittany who, even though it likely does not benefit her directly, takes the time to respond and connect people to her colleagues in other BHS offices. If my current position does become permanent, I will still reach out to her periodically just to say "hello" since, unlike any other talent professional at any other organization, she has become such an amazing partner in my job-search journey that I'll miss our check-ins!
