Event Support Staff
Virginia Beach, VA
$15/hour | Part-Time / Event-Based
We are seeking reliable and customer-focused Event Support Staff to assist with a variety of upcoming events in the Virginia Beach area. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in fast-paced environments, interacting with guests, and helping ensure events run smoothly from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and check in guests in a professional and welcoming manner

Assist with registration and guest list management

Provide directions and general event information to attendees
-
Support crowd control and help maintain an organized, safe environment

Assist event staff with set-up, breakdown, and general event logistics
-
Monitor event areas to ensure a positive guest experience

Address guest questions or concerns with professionalism and excellent customer service
Qualifications:
-
1+ year of experience in hospitality, events, customer service, or guest services
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-
Ability to remain professional and calm in busy or high-traffic environments
-
Comfortable standing for extended periods and working in active event settings
-
Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively with a team
