Temp-to-Perm Office Manager – Richmond, VA (Downtown)

We’re partnering with a growing organization in downtown Richmond seeking a highly organized Office Manager to support day-to-day operations and ensure the office runs smoothly. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, staying organized, and supporting a collaborative team environment.

Schedule & Details:
* Fully onsite in Downtown Richmond
* Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
* $20/hour with potential for permanent hire

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily office operations and administrative functions
* Support leadership with scheduling, correspondence, and coordination
* Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and facilities needs
* Assist with internal processes, reporting, and documentation
* Serve as a point of contact for staff, visitors, and external partners
* Help maintain an organized, efficient, and welcoming office environment

Qualifications:
* 3+ years of office management, administrative, or operations experience
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and prioritize competing tasks
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
