Service Dispatcher – Richmond, VA
We’re hiring a Service Dispatcher to support a fast-paced service operations team. This role is responsible for coordinating technicians, managing service requests, and ensuring timely response for both emergency and scheduled work.
Key Responsibilities
- Dispatch technicians for service calls and emergencies
- Manage incoming requests and prioritize based on urgency
- Optimize daily schedules and adjust in real time
- Track job progress and maintain accurate documentation
- Coordinate preventative maintenance visits
- Communicate updates clearly with customers and internal teams
Qualifications
- 2+ year of experience in customer service, admin, scheduling, or dispatch
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience in dispatch, logistics, or service-based industries is preferred
Additional Info
- Onsite in Richmond, VA
- Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:40pm
- Temp-to-perm opportunity with growth potential
