A Beacon Hill client in NJ is looking for a Biller who would be responsible for overseeing accounts receivable, addressing reimbursement challenges, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate claims processing and timely payment collection.
Core Duties:
- Submit, correct, and track claims for Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers
- Manage NOE processing and ensure compliance with Medicare billing requirements
- Handle Room & Board billing, including coordination with facilities and resolving discrepancies
- Conduct follow-up on accounts receivable, manage denials, and support reporting efforts
- Post payments, process adjustments, and perform account reconciliations
- Partner across departments to support overall revenue cycle operations
1-3+ years Medical Billing or healthcare revenue cycle preferred
