Beacon Hill Financial is seeking a Contract to Hire Senior Financial Analyst for our client in the St.Louis Metro Area. This role is 100% onsite and offers pay ranging from $35-$40 per hour, depending on experience.

Duties:

• Manage and maintain the organization’s budget system, including system security, updates, enhancements, and overall performance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Tagetik access, user support, and training.
• Maintain financial reporting structures such as accounts, cost centers, and other budgeting dimensions to ensure accurate reporting.
• Support the annual budgeting process by updating personnel data and preparing budget documentation.
• Test and validate system updates before implementation into the live environment.
• Develop and deliver budget-related training sessions for users through in-person and virtual formats.
• Prepare, compile, and distribute annual budget books and financial planning materials.
• Partner with managers to review staffing plans, headcount changes, position updates, and departmental budgets.
• Monitor staffing and personnel changes, including new hires, terminations, and cost center transfers.
• Review and analyze budgets for accuracy, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
• Generate budget reports and financial analyses for leadership, board members, and department management.
• Assist leadership with budget planning, forecasting, and strategic financial decision-making.
