Residential Real Estate Closers needed for several top real estate law firms across Metro Atlanta! These are permanent, direct-hire positions in well-established law firms that offer competitive salary and full benefits.
Successful Closing Paralegal candidates will have at least two years of experience as a Residential Real Estate Closer. Strong organizational skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills and attention to detail will all lead to the success of this individual. Good technical skills and experience with SoftPro ideal.
Responsibilities will include:
- Preparing closing documents and title policies
- Communicating with lenders, clients and agents
- Processing disbursement of monies post-closing; sending final file to lender post-closing
- Working with SoftPro or other closing software to prepare closing documents
