Responsibilities
- Accurately post and process customer payments and accounts receivable transactions
- Apply cash receipts and ensure timely and accurate cash application
- Reconcile customer payments, account balances, and cash activity
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and account issues
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer account records
- Assist with account reconciliations, reporting, and AR analysis
- Support the Credit & Collections team with day-to-day receivable activities
