Oversees quality of patient care and supervises nursing staff.
Schedule: M-F 9:00am-5:00pm
Responsibilities:

  • Develops, updates, and enforces clinical policies and procedures
  • Ensures compliance with healthcare regulations, licensing standards, and HIPAA
  • Manages daily operations to maintain a safe, effective care environment
  • Leads, trains, and evaluates nursing staff performance
  • Communicates with medical director, staff, families, and external healthcare providers
  • Coordinates patient care, including transportation to medical appointments
  • Handles administrative responsibilities (budgeting, staffing, facility oversight)
  • Supports program growth, marketing, and external healthcare partnerships
  • Ensures staff onboarding, training, and competency requirements are met
  • Participates in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional education

Require:

RN license, bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred), pediatric/clinical experience, and CPR/BLS certification
