Trust & Estates Legal Assistant
Boston, MA
A Boston law firm is seeking a Trust & Estates Legal Assistant to support attorneys in estate planning, probate, and trust administration matters. This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented legal professional who enjoys client interaction and document‑driven work in a private client practice.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing and proofreading various legal documents
- Managing client files and correspondence
- Assisting with administrative support
- Coordinating calendars, deadlines, and client communications
- Maintaining strict confidentiality across all matters
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a legal assistant with trust and estates or tax in a law firm
- Strong organizational, communication, and document‑management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal document systems
