We are a growing real estate development company seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Accountant to support our monthly invoice processing and coding. This role is critical for ensuring accurate financial reporting to our lenders and investors.
Responsibilities:
- Process and code monthly invoices accurately to the appropriate budget line items.
- Ensure all invoice entries align with internal accounting procedures and reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain organized financial records.
- Support cross-training to ensure smooth transition of responsibilities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
- Solid Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
- Prior accounting experience preferred, ideally in real estate or development.
