A growing investment firm in Century City is seeking an Entry-Level Accountant to join their team on a temp-to-hire basis. This is a great opportunity for a degreed candidate or early-career accounting professional looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced finance environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
- Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations
- Support month-end close activities
- Maintain accurate financial records and spreadsheets
- Assist with expense reports and invoice processing
- Perform data entry and administrative accounting support
- Work closely with the accounting team on ad hoc projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Internship or prior accounting experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Excel required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work onsite in Century City
