An Atlanta‑based IP practice is seeking a Patent Prosecution Associate with 2+ years of experience and a technical background in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
The role involves drafting and prosecuting U.S. patent applications, responding to Office Actions, conducting Examiner interviews, and working closely with inventors on portfolio strategy. Experience with AI‑related technologies is strongly preferred. Admission to the USPTO is required.
Billable hours are 1850 and compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.
