Accounts Receivable (A/R) Specialists! My goodness, we could use your help! Well, our client can! Our client, located near Raleigh NC, is in need of a tried-and-true Accounts Receivable (A/R) Specialist to work on a temporary but long-term basis.
As the Accounts Receivable (A/R) Specialist, you will work alongside a team helping to:
- Process high-volume customer billing and invoicing
- Apply customer payments (ACH, wire, check, and credit card)
- Post cash receipts accurately to customer accounts
- Research and resolve payment discrepancies
- Monitor and maintain aging reports
- Assist with customer account reconciliations
- Follow up on outstanding balances and collections
- Perform various related A/R duties as needed

This is an onsite opportunity, where you would be in their office.
To be considered for this specific position you would need:
- 1+ year of A/R experience along with fast and accurate ten-key
- ERP experience/exposure (preferably SAP)
- Intermediate MS Excel
