Our client is looking for a Business Architect for a contract to hire.
This role supports a governance-focused technology team and works closely with solution architects, product managers, and project leadership. The primary initiative involves analyzing and refining existing business processes that are currently tracked manually within SharePoint, with a focus on standardizing workflows, automating meeting notes and documentation, and identifying gaps and areas for improvement. The consultant will conduct heavy business process mapping, workflow documentation, and gap analysis, partnering closely with stakeholders to understand user needs and articulate clear requirements for future-state solutions. A key component of the work includes helping define requirements for a user-friendly, searchable dashboard and advising on what information different user groups need to see, though the role will not be responsible for building the dashboard itself. The position operates in a Kanban environment and requires close collaboration with internal teams, including developers and architects, with flexibility to support additional initiatives as project priorities evolve.
