Full Charge Bookkeeper
Location: King of Prussia (On-site)
Position Overview:
A growing company based in King of Prussia is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to oversee all day-to-day accounting operations. This role will be responsible for managing the full general ledger, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining organized records using QuickBooks.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle bookkeeping, including AP, AR, and general ledger

Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
-
Process payroll and maintain payroll records
-
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements
-
Maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts
-
Assist with budgeting and cash flow management
-
Coordinate with CPA for tax filings and annual audit support

Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting best practices
Qualifications:
-
3+ years of full charge bookkeeping experience
-
Strong proficiency in QuickBooks (Desktop or Online)

Solid understanding of GAAP principles
-
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
-
Strong organizational and time management skills
-
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
Preferred:
-
Experience working in small to mid-sized businesses
-
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
