Temporary Customer Service Administrator (Loan Support)
Location: Westlake, OH
Schedule: 100% On-Site | Flexible between 8:00am-5:00pm (Core hours within that range)
Duration: 6 Months (Possibly Longer)
Pay Rate: $18-$19 per hour
Position Overview
We are seeking a Temporary Customer Service Administrator (Loan Support) to join a busy and growing financial services team. This is a 6-month temporary assignment with strong potential for extension based on business needs.
This role supports the Customer Service department by managing high volumes of client communication related to loan servicing. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment handling emails and voicemails.
This is a fully on-site position located in Westlake, Ohio.
Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the Customer Service department

Respond to high volumes of client emails (including Self-Service Portal requests)

Manage and return voicemails in a timely manner

Assist customers with:

Making payments
-
Understanding due dates
-
Password reset issues
-
General loan servicing inquiries

Utilize scripts to answer frequently asked customer questions

Accurately document interactions in internal systems

Stay organized and maintain responsiveness in a high-volume environment
Required Skills & Qualifications
-
1+ year of customer service or administrative experience
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills
-
Ability to multitask and shift between email and phone support

Comfortable handling sensitive financial information

Professional and pleasant demeanor
-
Strong attention to detail
-
Ability to work independently and stay on top of workload
Preferred Qualifications
-
Collections experience (a plus)
-
Experience in financial services or loan servicing
-
Familiarity with customer service ticketing systems
-
Experience working in high-volume environments
Systems Used

MS Outlook
-
Loan servicing platforms (transitioning to LoanPro in July)
-
AS400 (legacy system – training provided)
