Reconciliations Specialist (Project-Based)
We’re seeking a detail‑driven, Excel‑savvy Reconciliations Specialist to support a high‑impact accounting project. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys solving data puzzles, and takes pride in producing clean, accurate financial records.
⭐ What You’ll Do

Review and validate incoming accounts receivable receipts and supporting documentation

Perform high‑volume data entry with speed and accuracy

Complete complex reconciliations in Excel, ensuring all records align and discrepancies are resolved

Partner with the accounting team to keep workflows moving smoothly and deadlines on track

3+ years of hands‑on experience in accounts receivable and financial reconciliations

Strong command of Excel, including shortcuts, hotkeys, and efficient navigation

A positive, dependable, and detail‑oriented approach to your work

Comfort working with large data sets and tight timelines
