UX Researcher – Internal Generative AI Tools
We’re looking for a UX Researcher to help shape employee-facing products powered by Generative AI. You’ll focus on understanding internal user needs and translating insights into practical AI-driven solutions that improve how teams work every day.
You’ll partner with various teams and practitioners in a fast-moving environment, leading discovery and evaluative research across multiple initiatives. This role requires strong judgment, comfort with ambiguity, and curiosity about how AI can enhance both products and the research process.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead rapid discovery and usability research for internal GenAI tools
- Identify employee needs, pain points, and workflow opportunities
- Synthesize research into clear, actionable insights
- Collaborate cross-functionally to define problems and inform solutions
- Use analytics and AI tools to accelerate research planning and analysis
Qualifications
- Strong experience with UX research methods (interviews, usability testing, surveys)
- Background in generative/discovery research
- Hands-on experience using Generative AI tools in daily work
- Ability to independently plan, execute, and communicate research
- Experience with tools like Qualtrics, Dovetail, Excel, or similar
- Bachelor’s degree required (advanced degree a plus)
Nice to Have
- Experience researching internal or enterprise tools
- Familiarity with Jobs to Be Done or similar frameworks
- Interest in human-AI interaction and adoption
