We’re hiring a hands‑on Payroll Manager to own payroll and benefits for a 500+ employee workforce. You’ll be in the details processing payroll while managing specialists, ensuring compliance, and driving improvements.
What you’ll do:
- Lead end‑to‑end, bi‑weekly payroll across multiple states.
- Manage complex pay elements (overtime, premiums, incentives, mileage)
- Ensure payroll tax compliance and support audits
- Oversee benefits administration and payroll integration
- Lead and develop payroll specialists while remaining hands‑on
Must‑Haves:
- Several years of hands‑on payroll processing and management experience
- ADP experience required (WFN a plus)
- Benefits administration experience preferred but flexible for a strong payroll leader
