- 6+ years of business analyst experience
- Working in Enterprise Salesforce environments
- Working with a large amount of users and stakeholders
- Strong business acumen, not just technical Salesforce skills
- Acts as a translator between business users and the IT team
- Supports approximately 1,200 Salesforce end users
- Focuses on configuration‑level changes rather than heavy development
- Participates in advisory boards and stakeholder discussions
