Required Skills:
Prior experience with Service Now
Ability to follow knowledge articles to complete tasks.
Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
Desired Skills:
Experience with Service Now configuration management.
Experience with Boolean Search Operators
Experience aligning CMDB structures with Common Service Data Model (CSDM) principles.
ServiceNow CSA, CIS, or CMDB-related certifications.
Experience working in enterprise or healthcare IT environments.
Description of Role/Responsibilities:
We are seeking detail‑oriented, process‑driven resources to support application access and group assignments across a large portfolio of business applications. This role focuses on following documented knowledge articles and templates to complete application setup tasks within ServiceNow (SN). The work is highly procedural and repetitive in nature, with an emphasis on speed, accuracy, and consistency.
