The ideal attorney brings a portable book (with an expectation that 50-75% of time is supported by their own business) and is energized by mentoring and practice development in addition to case work. This role offers hybrid flexibility (typically 3 days remote), base compensation plus bonus tied to performance, originations and a strong benefits package including CLE support and a 401(k) match.
