Title: Label Coordinator

This role will initially start off as part-time (20 hours per week) and then increase to 40 hours after 3-months.
This role will be remote while part-time and then become hybrid (2-days onsite) once it becomes full-time.
Job Description
The Label Coordinator will manage the end‑to‑end artwork development process using an artwork management system, including initiating projects, routing for data collection, generating artwork through automated and conventional methods, managing templates, assets, and approved language, and coordinating internal and external reviews.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for routing artwork for approval across cross‑functional stakeholders, forwarding final artwork to print vendors, managing print proofing workflows, and providing weekly or as‑needed project status updates.
- Proficient in artwork management systems and related workflow tools, has strong experience with professional design software.
- Can independently manage projects through structured approval workflows.
- Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail.
- Prior experience with labeling artwork development is preferred, along with comfort working across multiple languages.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of artwork management system experience
- 3+ years of labeling experience
- Ideally someone with Adobe Creative Suite experience
