This paralegal will work on cases through all phases of litigation including trial preparation. This firm has an excellent reputation and offers one of the best benefits packages in town!
Ideal paralegal candidates will have excellent organizational and communication skills, the ability to prioritize and manage critical deadlines.
Day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Performing legal research
- Drafting legal documents and correspondence
- E-filing with state and federal courts
- Calendaring and managing docket
- Assisting with discovery
- Preparing deposition materials and summaries
- Document review
- Assisting with depositions, arbitrations, trials and hearings
