Job Title: Revenue Cycle Analyst (Disability Services)
Location: Torrance, CA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

Overview
A growing organization in the healthcare space is seeking a Revenue Cycle Analyst to support billing, collections, and revenue integrity across multiple payor sources. This role will partner closely with Finance and Operations to ensure accurate revenue recognition, resolve billing discrepancies, and drive process improvements across the revenue cycle.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage accounts receivable including billing, payment posting, and account reconciliations across multiple payors and private clients
* Review revenue recognition and collaborate with internal teams to determine appropriate adjustments or write-offs
* Analyze denials, underpayments, and reimbursement trends to identify root causes and recommend solutions
* Develop and maintain reporting and dashboards to track billing performance, reimbursement rates, and key metrics
* Partner cross-functionally to support analytics initiatives, system enhancements, and process improvements
* Evaluate bill rate changes and assess financial impact and reimbursement strategies
* Support automation efforts to improve efficiency across billing and collections processes
* Train and oversee offshore resources supporting revenue cycle activities

Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
* 3+ years of experience in revenue cycle management
* Experience in healthcare billing, preferably within home and community-based services in California
* Understanding of revenue recognition principles and audit support
* Experience in multi-location organizations is a plus
* ERP experience such as NetSuite or similar systems preferred

Skills
* Advanced Excel skills with strong data analysis capabilities
* Experience with Power BI, including dashboard creation and basic DAX
* Basic SQL knowledge (joins, data grouping) preferred
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
* High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
