A National law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Litigation Attorney to join their dynamic and growing team in Miami. This newly created role is designed to balance workload across their litigation group, ensuring continued excellence and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess 6+ years of litigation experience. Tort experience is a plus.
This position offers a flexible hybrid schedule and a highly attainable billable-hour requirement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse caseload of complex litigation matters from start to finish
- Conduct legal research, draft motions, briefs, and other court filings
- Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials
- Collaborate closely with other attorneys and staff as part of a large, supportive team
