Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Contracts Paralegal/Manager for a part-time, temporary position with our client in Boca Raton. This is an onsite position that will transition towards a hybrid position. Candidates can expect to start at 10-15 hours per week, and hours per week may increase as the assignment evolves. This is a flexible position that can be done outside of standard business hours.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of relevant contracts management experience, ideally with an in-house legal department. Experience with risk management is a plus but not a requirement. Essential duties include managing the lifecycle of commercial contracts, construction contracts, and insurance contracts.
