What You’ll Do
- General Accountant – Inventory Control, Acconunts Payable
- Prepare, review, and post journal entries to the general ledger.
- Process work orders, inventory transactions, and settlements with accuracy and timeliness.
- Perform detailed data entry, account analysis, and reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly financial reports for department leaders and management.
- Assist with quarterly and year‑end close activities, including financial statements and reporting.
- Support annual budget preparation and external audits.
- Contribute to special projects and additional accounting initiatives as needed.
What We’re Looking For
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience
- Hands‑on experience with general ledger accounting, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
Personal & Professional Attributes
- Highly detail‑oriented, organized, and self‑motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Demonstrates high integrity, discretion with confidential information, and a strong commitment to deadlines.
