UX Strategist + Designer
Location: Remote – EST hours
Duration: Contract through January 2027 – potential extensions
Primary focus:
- Program Audits for Visual Design Support – Personas, Storyboarding, Workshop/Readout Visuals
- Online Redesign (Lo-fi prototyping concepts for testing)
What You’ll Be Doing
Experience Strategy & Storytelling (Core Focus)
- Lead UX strategy efforts by translating research, audits, and program insights into clear visual stories (personas, journey maps, and storyboards)
- Create storyboards that articulate end-to-end user experiences, business goals, and design rationale for stakeholders
- Develop visual narratives and readout materials for workshops, audits, and executive presentations
- Support Program Audits through visual design assets that clearly communicate findings, opportunities, and recommendations
UX & Visual Design Execution
- Produce wireframes, experience concepts, and lo‑fi prototypes to support testing and validation
- Contribute to online redesign initiatives, focusing on concept development and early-stage UX direction
- Conduct UX audits / website walkthroughs, identifying usability, accessibility, and experience gaps
- Design personas, journey maps, and supporting UX artifacts to inform design and product decisions
Emerging & Technical Capabilities
- Leverage AI-driven visualization tools to accelerate ideation, concept visualization, or storytelling
- (Bonus) Support or collaborate on front-end UI development, email templates, and ecommerce-related UX
- (Bonus) Translate UX concepts into implementation-aware designs for web and commerce environments
