IT Business Partner, Supply Chain – Andover, MA – $165-175k + 10% Bonus
A publicly traded medical device company transforming organ transplantation is seeking an IT Business Partner, Supply Chain to support enterprise systems and process optimization during a major ERP transformation. This is a Senior Manager-level individual contributor role that sits at the intersection of IT and the business, acting as a strategic partner to Supply Chain leadership.
Location:
* Andover, MA – onsite 3+ days/week
* Free parking in Andover
* Headquarters moving to a newly purchased 35k sq. ft. office in Somerville in ~12-18 months
Your background:
* Experience working at the intersection of IT and Supply Chain
* Strong business analysis skills with the ability to translate business requirements into system solutions
* Experience with enterprise ERP platforms such as Oracle Fusion or SAP
* Familiarity with system integrations (Boomi preferred)
* Understanding of compliance and data governance requirements (SOX, FDA, GDPR)
* Experience in regulated environments (medical device, biotech, pharma preferred)
* Proven ability to work independently in a senior‑level IC role
The work you’ll be doing:
* Acting as the IT partner for Supply Chain, aligning technology initiatives with business priorities
* Supporting a transition from legacy ERP systems to Oracle Fusion
* Gathering requirements, mapping processes, and driving system enhancements
* Translating business needs into functional specifications and system configurations
* Improving, standardizing, and scaling enterprise processes through technology
* Ensuring enterprise systems and data practices meet regulatory and audit requirements
* Partnering cross‑functionally with Finance, IT, Compliance, and external vendors
* Driving adoption through training, communication, and change management
