Concierge
Onsite | Full-Time

We’re partnering with a professional services firm seeking a polished and proactive Concierge to serve as the face of the office. This individual will deliver a high-touch, “white glove” experience for clients and employees while keeping day-to-day front desk operations running seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and employees, manage incoming calls, and serve as the front desk point of contact
• Coordinate meetings, conference rooms, and catering (including setup and vendor coordination)
• Manage visitor access, mail, deliveries, and overall office flow
• Support meeting logistics including basic AV setup and troubleshooting
• Handle scheduling, calendar coordination, and invoice tracking/processing
• Maintain an organized, professional front-of-house environment
• Assist with additional office operations and team support as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in a corporate office, receptionist, or hospitality-focused role
• Strong customer service mindset with a polished, professional presence
• Highly organized with strong multitasking and time management skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office; experience with tools like Workday or Concur is a plus
