- Hours 9:00am-5:00pm
- On site in Haddonfield, NJ
- Obtain assignments from Teams list.
- Print due diligence according to checklist.
- Print Label for File (if in-person closing)
- Open all loan documents, confirm documents are properly dated and the County is filled in on the acknowledgments (this would be where the Closing is to be held)
- Save updated documents as next version.
- Print appropriate number of loan documents (if in person closing), or combined loan documents into a pdf file according to checklist with appropriate number of signature pages.
- Print the prepared Boarding Data sheet, clean checklist and invoice and place it in the front of the accordion.
- Meticulous with diligence.

- Understanding Titles
- Commercial background (helpful)
