Contract Recruiter (High-Volume) – Virginia Beach, VA
Our client is seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to support a high-volume hiring environment for a 6-8 month engagement. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and can manage multiple requisitions while maintaining a strong candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume roles across multiple departments
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring timelines
- Source, screen, and interview candidates in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain consistent candidate communication and ensure a positive experience
- Track and manage candidate activity within the ATS
- Support offer process and onboarding coordination
- Meet hiring goals and maintain pipeline health across requisitions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruiting experience, with a focus on high-volume hiring
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Strong sourcing and screening skills
- Experience working with ATS systems and recruiting tools
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and hit the ground running
