Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical contact for customers supporting power monitoring, EPMS, and energy management platforms
- Perform system upgrades, patches, configuration changes, and enhancements in production environments
- Troubleshoot software, communication, and integration issues across applications, networks, and devices
- Conduct preventive maintenance, system health checks, firmware updates, and performance optimization
- Support commissioning, validation, and configuration of meters and monitoring systems
- Collaborate with customers to understand operational needs and recommend technical improvements
- Document system changes, issues, and resolutions for customers and internal teams
- Provide remote support and participate in occasional onsite maintenance activities
