Bilingual HR Assistant – (Spanish Required)
Richmond, VA | Full-Time
Are you fluent in Spanish and English and ready to make an impact in HR? We’re looking for a detail-oriented HR Assistant to support a fast-paced, people-first HR team! You’ll be the go-to person helping employees start their journey, keeping records accurate, supporting recruiting, and making HR processes run smoothly-all while using your bilingual skills every day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee records and HR documentation
- Support onboarding, orientation, and new hire paperwork
- Assist with background checks, verifications, and compliance audits
- Coordinate recruiting activities and candidate communication
- Support HR events, open enrollment, and team initiatives
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team
What we’re looking for:
- Fluent in Spanish and English (written & spoken)
- 1+ year of HR or administrative experience
- Organized, detail-oriented, and professional
- Comfortable handling confidential information
- Microsoft Office proficiency; HRIS experience a plus
