Administrative Manager (Legal)

A leading global law firm is seeking an experienced Administrative Manager (Legal) to oversee a team of Legal Executive Assistants and ensure high-quality administrative support in a fast-paced environment. This role partners closely with senior leadership and attorneys to manage daily operations, improve processes, and support departmental initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Legal Executive Assistants
  • Oversee daily workflow, staffing coverage, and workload prioritization
  • Maintain a strong office presence to address challenges and improve efficiency
  • Manage performance reviews, employee relations, and talent development
  • Collaborate on process improvements, strategic initiatives, and onboarding/offboarding support
  • Serve as a key liaison between attorneys and administrative staff to ensure service excellence

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5+ years of supervisory/management experience in a law firm or professional services environment
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Proven ability to manage confidential matters and shifting priorities
