We are seeking a Licensed clinician (LCSW or MFT) for a community-based program in Los Angeles!
Schedule: M-F: 9:00a-5:00p
Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and support to case managers
- Work with high-acuity clients, including crisis intervention and field-based engagement
- Ensure compliance with DHS documentation, charting, and Care Plan requirements
- Coordinate services with community partners and attend court hearings with clients
- Oversee drop-in center operations and maintain a safe, trauma-informed environment
- Conduct clinical supervision, case conferencing, and staff training
Requirements: MSW/LCSW preferred, 3-5 years experience, strong leadership and trauma-informed care skills
