Customer Care Representative
This role supports customers by providing timely, accurate assistance related to medical supply replenishment in a contact center environment. Representatives handle inbound calls, identify customer needs, and guide individuals through available solutions in a professional and service‑focused manner. Training is provided.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound calls efficiently
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate resolutions
- Educate customers on medical supply products and services
- Assist with shipping, billing, and order inquiries
- Document interactions accurately in internal systems
- Follow established processes and collaborate with team members
Qualifications
- Clear verbal communication and active listening skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving ability
- Ability to multitask and work in a structured environment
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office 365
Preferred Experience
- Customer service or call center experience
- Healthcare, retail, or service‑based background
