Overview:
Law firm seeking Plaintiff Paralegal with experience in PI matters. The firm values strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability. This position will support 2-3 attorneys.
Qualifications:
- 4-8 years of paralegal experience in Asbestos litigation (distinct from other personal injury practices)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented with a solid foundational skill set
Responsibilities:
- Cases often involve dozens to hundreds of defendants
- Heavy trial preparation support
- Drafting discovery, pleadings, and correspondence
- Managing filing deadlines and calendaring
- Coordinating depositions, court reporters, and expert witnesses
- Conducting research on court rules and procedures
- Collaborating closely with attorneys, legal assistants, and court personnel
