New opportunity! Atlanta law firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join a fabulous team. You will handle a variety of commercial litigation cases through all phases of litigation including trial preparation. This is a permanent, direct-hire position.
Paralegal candidates should have at least four years of of experience as a billable Litigation Paralegal in a law firm. Excellect organizational and written and verbal communication skills are required.
Day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Performing legal research
- Drafting legal documents and correspondence
- E-filing with state and federal courts
- Calendaring and managing docket
- Assisting with discovery
- Preparing deposition materials and summaries
- Document review
- Assisting with depositions, arbitrations, trials and hearings
