Beacon Hill is seeking an Organizational Change Management Leader to establish and lead the enterprise change management function for an enterprise client. This role is responsible for building a high-performing OCM team, defining enterprise change standards, and partnering with executive leaders to drive adoption and sustainment across complex, regulated transformations including technology, clinical, operational, and business initiatives. This OCM Leader will build, lead, and scale an enterprise Change Management Center of Excellence (COE), define and standardize OCM methodologies, tools, templates, and governance, partner with executive sponsors, IT, HR, and PMO to align change strategy with business outcomes, lead change strategy for large-scale initiatives (e.g., digital transformation, ERP/HRIS, regulatory or operational change). This person will also oversee stakeholder engagement, executive communications, change impact assessments, and resistance management, develop metrics to measure adoption, readiness, and change effectiveness, mentor and manage internal OCM staff and external consultants/vendors as well as ensure change approaches align with regulatory, compliance, and other considerations. Required Skills:

Must have at least 7 years experience in Organization Change Management (OCM) related roles

Experience leading change management and communications for large, multi-project, transformation efforts such as ERP, CRM, HRIS or EMR implementations, innovation, AI, business or operational change, automation, Merger and Acquisition integrations etc.

Experience leading the development and implementation of a change approach/strategy including developing plans/roadmap that include change, communications and then executing on those plans

Skilled at utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to develop executive briefings, town halls, roadshows, leadership talking points, etc.

Experience creating and conducting change management processes, templates such as change management assessments

Experience managing direct reports

Experience working in the healthcare industry

Bachelor’s Degree required

High Emotional Intelligence

Must have a positive attitude and proactive mindset

Concise, polished, articulate, word choice in verbal and written communication

Experience working closely with senior level IT and business executives up to C Suite to drive lasting and organic change

Demonstrate ability to run efficient meetings

Strong attention to detail in documentation and possess strong organization skills

Ability to schedule and manage tasks effectively

Must be able to diffuse and manage conflict and possess problem-solving skills

Must be a service-oriented individual with the end customer as a top priority

Be reliable, responsible and take ownership of given task

Experience working with 3rd party vendors and external stakeholders

Desired Skills:

Experience working in a heavily regulated industry where compliance is extremely important, is a huge plus

Experience managing EMR or clinical projects strongly desired

Any of the following certifications a plus: Prosci, CCMP, PMP

Experience working with ServiceNow to track project information helpful
