A respected legal organization is seeking a Paralegal Coordinator to support the oversight, staffing, and professional development of a litigation paralegal team. This role partners with leadership and HR to coordinate workloads, assist with recruiting and onboarding, support training initiatives, and ensure efficient, high-quality litigation support.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assigning and monitoring paralegal workloads and utilization
  • Supporting recruiting, onboarding, and paralegal transitions
  • Assisting with training, mentoring, and professional development
  • Acting as a liaison between paralegals and attorneys
  • Overseeing timekeeping, staffing data, and productivity reporting
  • Ensuring compliance with policies and quality standards

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 2+ years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably in complex litigation
  • Prior experience leading, training, or mentoring paralegals strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of legal citation standards (Bluebook preferred)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
